About Erynn Perkins

Erynn Perkins, an emerging world changer, who now yearns to be the voice of his generation and generations to come. This Chicago native has lived most of his life in Los Angeles, California raised by his mother, alongside his twin sister. His humble beginnings and stern rearing shaped him for the real world. At an early age, Perkins was introduced to church where he fell in love with God. Growing up in church, Perkins found refuge in Jesus Christ, which served as the catalyst to him later becoming a minister.  This developed his innate desire to be different and positively impact the world for many years to come.

Perkins set out to begin his journey through civic engagement, public policy, and community activism. He participated in the California Model Legislature & Court, where he was elected as the 68th Chief Clerk of the Assembly and the 69th Secretary of Senate. Perkins has written legislation and lobbied for bills in the California State Capital, thus birthing the confidence to speak truth to power. Perkins has had the esteemed pleasure and honor to meet and learn from the likes of former Governor Jerry Brown, Vice President Kamala Harris, President Barack Obama, Judge Mablean Ephraim, and the late Congressman John Lewis.

Perkins believes that it is important to honor the past, as we prepare in the present to further the future. By staying true to this model, Perkins began his higher educational journey at Morehouse College in pursuit of a degree in Political Science. While at Morehouse, he developed a passion for digital design and brand marketing. He later  went on to create his own company, "Perkins Prints." Over the years, he has grown his business nationwide, and has clients ranging from California to New York.

Currently Perkins has a position within the Cobb County Government, whilst spearheading the development of a non-profit organization.
